Returns

If the products do not satisfy your requests, you can request a return or exchange. The conditions are as follows:

The purchased goods can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date. To carry out the return procedure it is necessary to send an e-mail to crisafi.gioielli@gmail.com To make the return, wait for the return authorization issued by Crisafi Gioielli and all the information necessary to proceed.

Unauthorized returns are not accepted.

The return is accepted only if the indicated procedure is followed.

The products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are not damaged during shipment, and followed by the respective receipt.

We recommend that you preferably use a secure shipping and delivery method (courier or insured / registered mail with return receipt) as the responsibility of the product until it is received by us is your responsibility.

We do not refund products damaged due to insufficient packaging.

The return of the product involves the payment of the shipping costs to be paid by the customer.

The return will be refunded or replaced only and exclusively after having received the item back and having verified its total integrity.

The customer will receive an email that will notify him about the status of the return procedure.

RETURNS NOT ALLOWED:

- items offered at a discount;

- customized items or made at the request of the customer.
