TIMES AND SHIPPING COSTS

Crisafi Gioielli shipments are delivered with Express Courier (Bartolini).

All our couriers provide a tracking service that allows you to know, at any time, the status of the shipment and the expected delivery date.

For all orders with amounts starting from € 99.00 it is always free.

Delivery is made in 4/5 working days, from order confirmation and payment.

At the start of the order you will receive an email that will allow you to check the status of your shipment online.

The couriers make deliveries from Monday to Friday, from 8.30 to 18.30.

SERVICES AND COSTS

The cost of delivery is € 6 in Italy.

Shipping abroad is also foreseen.

PACKAGING

The purchased items will be individually packaged with a dedicated case.

Unsuccessful deliveries, at the first passage will be handled by the courier with a second delivery attempt that the courier will make the next working day.

In any case, a notice will be left with the information necessary to contact the courier and arrange the return, if deemed necessary.

In the event that the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the package will go into storage at the courier's local office.

The same will contact us to inform us of the non-delivery and we will contact you to agree with you the actions to be taken to deliver the package.

Thanks to this service we are in a position to change the destination address, arrange a delivery by appointment, collect the package at the courier's depot, trying to do everything possible to deliver your package in the shortest possible time.

What happens if my package arrives damaged or opened?

Although there are very few cases in which a shipment arrives at its destination damaged, unfortunately unforeseen events can happen.

In this case, check the integrity of the package received, take care to take pictures of the package if you find any damage to the package upon delivery by the courier. In addition to the external wrapping, our products are individually packaged with a dedicated case.

If you suspect that the package has been tampered with, accept the package by informing the courier that you must indicate the wording "Subject to control" directly in the transport document.

Can I collect my order directly at the point of sale?
