All products purchased on the crisafi.gioielli.it website are sold directly by Crisafi Gioielli, located in Palermo in Via Maqueda, 419.

PURCHASE METHOD

For each product chosen, a descriptive card is displayed, with the image and characteristics, such as material, possible size, unit price. The images of the products on sale may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and / or monitor used: Crisafi Gioielli is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular configuration of the computer or its malfunction.

AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCT

The products offered for sale and the relative price are those indicated on crisafi.gioielli.it. If, due to the simultaneous purchase by several customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an e-mail will be sent to cancel the 'order.

ORDER

SHIPPING AND RECEIPT OF GOODS

We recommend that you preferably use a secure shipping and delivery method (courier or insured / registered mail with return receipt) as the responsibility of the product until it is received by us is your responsibility.

We do not refund products damaged due to insufficient packaging.

WARRANTY

All the jewels for sale on crisafi.gioielli.it are original and authentic.

We ship the item accompanied by our box or the branded box of the purchased product where applicable.

The warranty will be valid for 24 months against manufacturing defects. In case of proven defect, the product can be repaired or replaced.

All items in 925 silver plated with yellow or rose gold are prone to loss of plating over time.

The same can always be renewed, through a new plating process, which can be carried out at any goldsmith center.

Alternatively, at the customer's expense, the product may be returned for service.

The costs related to the assistance will be agreed according to the object to be renewed.

Misuse is excluded from the warranty coverage, so we cannot be responsible for direct or indirect damage caused by incorrect use of the product. In addition, the following are excluded from the warranty coverage:

    wear; material damage to the object (even accidentally), bumps, dents, crushing, scratches, alterations; repairs or tampering; discoloration and effects of normal wear or aging of the object.

In case of a defect, it will be necessary to start the return procedure as indicated above.

The shipping costs for the return of the defective product will be borne by us.

The shipping costs for the return of the product requiring assistance will be charged to the customer.
